    Thursday’s hike at the Camillus Forest.

    We should try to get there early so we can start out at 10:30, and the hike will take about two hours.  The weather forecast looks great, and it should be sunny and close to 70F.

    A map is attached with the black arrows showing the planned route, starting at the parking lot on Thompson Road in Camillus.  There are a couple steep area and a couple of seriously muddy places, so hiking boots and a pole are a good idea.  Also, as you all know, ticks are almost everywhere in New York State.

    There will likely be a few trillium still blooming and I’m sure you’ll enjoy the view from the top of the hill.
