Terms and Conditions

You can click below to review the OSC Trip Agreement and the Code of Conduct. Every participant must agree to the Terms of these agreements in order to go on the trip. 
Also included on this page are Child Travel Consent forms that must be signed and notarized if you are not the parent or legal guardian of a child you are responsible for on this trip. 
These agreements not only protect the club and its volunteers they also protect you.
