    We're about a month away from this U-Drive trip to Bristol Mountain. So far there are four signed up and I know of a few who, probably like many others, are waiting to see weather closer to the date. Just a reminder, I need to receive a check for $56 made out to Bristol Mountain by Saturday, February 11.  Also, just a reminder, this trip is not limited to OSC members if you want to invite a friend of family member.     We are 2 weeks away from skiing Bristol.  As of today, Bristol has 27 out of 39 trails open so I expect plenty of trail options for skiing (unlike Lab and Song). Just a reminder to have check made out to "Bristol Mountain" and mailed to me to be received by next Saturday the 11th (I have received checks from Cheryl, Mary B, and Dawn so far).  If you know of other OSC members yet to sign up for this trip remind them it is open to non-OSC members too.  When they register there is an option to register guests.  See you on the 17th.

    We are one week away from "Ski With Heart" next Friday at Bristol Mountain.  As of today, Bristol has 31 out of 39 trails open so, unlike here, there will be plenty of trail options and you can get to them quickly via the two high speed quads.  I need registrations and checks by Monday to mail to Bristol.  Details are in trip info.  This is a two part day trip: Ski and Apres-Ski.  A number of other ski clubs will be joining us in Sunset Lodge starting 2:00pm. Bring something to contribute to the large buffet tables.  There are electrical outlets at the tables if you want to plug in a crock pot or something before going out to ski.

    Happy Valentines Day “Ski With Heart” skiers. Friday we’ll all be enjoying a great day of skiing and socializing at Bristol mountain. When you arrive go to the ticket counter and identify yourself as being from OSC. They have a list of paid skiers and will issue your lift ticket. Go to Sunset Lodge as thats where all the ski clubs will be apres skiing starting at 2:00. We’ll have the OSC banner set up for us at two tables. If you’re having a great time skiing, by all means stay out skiing a little longer. There will be tables set up in the lodge for food sharing. A communal buffet like offering will help promote inter club socializing.  Steve Fuller from Bristol will be bringing us up to date on present and future happenings at Bristol.
