Sterling Nature Center Hike

On April 18th, at 1:00 we will meet in the parking lot at the end of Jensvold Rd.  (please try to arrive 15 minutes early)

To get there from Syracuse, take 481 to Fulton, turn left on Rt 3 and take Rt 3 till it ends at Rt 104A. Proceed East on 104A till you get to McFarland Rd on the left (about 2.8 miles) Take McFarland to Jensvold Rd, on the right about 1.4 miles. Then take Jenvold Rd to the parking area at the end.

We will hike several of the trails including the heron rookery and the beaver wetlands.  From there, there are several miles of trails for us to explore.  More details to follow as the date gets closer.  The trails there are not too challanging, but very pleasent to enjoy.
