Nestled in the mountains of upstate New York, near the Hudson River and Gore Mountain, this four-season Adirondack hotel and resort is a refuge from the pace and pressure of everyday life. The rustic environment invites you to step back to more tranquil times. In the winter, they are a premiere center for Adirondack cross country skiing and snowshoeing. For Alpine Skiers the Lodge is only a few miles from Gore Mountain.

Cost: $350.00 per person double occupancy, $499.00 single occupancy (tips and taxes included)

What’s Included?

• Lodging: Accommodations for 2 nights Breakfast: Buffet Saturday and Sunday
• Lunch: Saturday this is a brown bag, they will provide make-your-own lunch items at breakfast, people can pack them up and keep them in the room refrigerators or a cooler depending on the room they choose some do have mini fridges (the Tea House and Birches).
  
• Dinner: Friday and Saturday: Buffett if we have up to 30-35 people, less than that they would most likely have us order off the menu.
• Extras: Access to the beautiful cross-country ski and snowshoe trails on premise. Snowshoes are Included.Gathering space at Birches Lodge (book rooms here first) if you want to gather in the evenings after dinner or for daytime relaxation with OSC members.
  
  

• Cross Country Ski Rentals (refer to Garnet Hill web site for last years rental rates)
• Alcoholic beverages.

The Fine Print:

• This trip is for members only. (The Trip Leader will be checking the membership status of all registrants.)
• This is an unsponsored trip. Participants will need to make their own reservations. Instructions will be provided in a confirmation  E-mail when your registration has been received.  
• If we do not have the required number of rooms rented to secure this group price, members will be allowed to cancel their reservation (immediately following 12/15 cutoff) with no penalty or pay an additional fee of $65.00 for double occupancy and $97.50 for single occupancy. 
• We do expect, at such a reasonable price, that we will have more than enough rooms rented by our membership.
