Onondaga Ski Club
A Club For All Seasons
Rescheduled from 2/29:
Our hike will be at Lime Hollow Nature Center, southwest of Cortland, where there is some fascinating geology, the result of the last glacier’s retreat.
We’ll meet at 10:30 at the Lime Hollow Visitor’s Center on McLean Road, Cortland, 13045.
We'll hike for about four miles and that should have us finishing up before 1 PM. With the late morning start, we may end up by going to Doug’s in Cortland for lunch. There are a few hills, but most of the trail will be relatively flat, however it is a wooded area and some of the trails will have rocks and roots on them. Depending on the weather, it may be wet, and hiking boots, microspikes, or snowshoes may be appropriate. We’ll try to keep you updated on the forum.
NOTE: If you already registered for the hike on 2/29, you are still registered. If you can no longer attend, please cancel your registration.
