Location - Heiberg Forest - first parking area on LEFT - maple syrup collection area
Join us for a pretty walk in the woods, exploring ponds and paths. Plan on about 2hours. We would like to start the hike at 10:30, so please come earlier to sign waiver and meet with others attending.
Terrain is hilly with leaf covered trails. We will encounter roots, mud, branches...lovely trees decked out for their final ball, hopefully blue skies and sunshine and perhaps an owl? All that in mind...please wear proper hiking boots, gaiters, highly recommend poles, water, snack, and a plastic bag for leave no trace items.
If you'd like to pack a lunch, all are welcome back to our home in Tully to eat on the deck. Or there are now four restaurants in Tully to grab a bite. Just let us know your plan.
